Gravity AceVersion 1.0 · Effective 10 September 2026 · Last updated 10 September 2026
ZeroStake Gravity Ace collects no personal data. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no account and no third-party SDK. Everything the game remembers is written to your own device and stays there.
This policy covers the iOS application ZeroStake Gravity Ace (bundle identifier zerostake.gravity.ace), distributed on the Apple App Store. It applies to every version from 1.0 onward.

The game keeps its own state so it can remember your progress between launches. All of it is written to the app's sandboxed storage, which no other app can read, and none of it leaves the device.
Settings are stored in the app's own preferences. Progress is stored as four JSON documents in the app's Application Support folder. Cured images are stored as a JPEG in a private folder alongside them.
| Permission | Why | When |
|---|---|---|
| Camera | To photograph a surface, sticker or texture and print it onto the face of your paddle in the Paddle Workshop. The captured image is written to the app's private storage and used to draw the paddle and your player card. | Optionally during onboarding, otherwise the first time you tap "Take a photo" in the Paddle Workshop. Declining costs you nothing else in the game. |
| Photo library | To choose an existing image for the same purpose. The system photo picker is used, which hands the app exactly one image and grants no access to the rest of your library. | When you tap "Choose from library". |
| Photo library additions | To save a paddle face you created back to your own library, if you ask for it. | Only when you tap "Save the face to Photos". |
Each permission is requested at the moment the matching feature is used, and every one of them can be declined or revoked later in the iOS Settings app without losing access to the rest of the game.
There is no advertising network, no analytics provider, no attribution or measurement partner, no crash reporter and no social login in this app. No third-party SDK is linked into the build, so nothing in the game reports to anyone on your behalf.
Apple distributes the app through the App Store and may collect its own information about downloads and purchases under Apple's privacy policy. That happens on Apple's side of the transaction, and we receive only aggregate sales and usage reports that identify no one.
Contacting support is voluntary and happens outside the app. If you send a message through the support page or by email, we receive the email address you use, the reason you pick and whatever you write in the message, including any details you attach yourself, such as your device model and game version.
We use that only to answer you. It is not added to a marketing list, not sold, not shared, and not combined with anything from the app, because the app sends us nothing to combine it with. Correspondence is kept while the conversation is open and for up to 12 months afterwards so that we can follow up on a recurring bug, then it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time by replying to your own thread.
Apple requires apps to declare certain platform APIs and the reason they are used. Our declaration, shipped in PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy, is:
CA92.1. Used only to read and write this app's own settings, never to identify a device or share data.NSPrivacyTracking is false and NSPrivacyTrackingDomains is empty.NSPrivacyCollectedDataTypes is empty. No third-party SDK is linked, so no additional privacy manifest applies.
The game is suitable for all ages and contains nothing that collects information from anyone, including children under 13. It has no chat, no user-generated content shared with others, no social features, no advertising and no purchases. Because we collect nothing, there is nothing to obtain parental consent for and nothing to delete on request beyond what you can already remove yourself.
Because everything stays on your device, you have complete control over it without asking us.
We hold no copy of your in-app data, so there is nothing for us to export, correct or erase on your behalf. Rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR, and the equivalent rights under the CCPA, are satisfied by the fact that no personal data is collected or processed by us through the app. For a support message you have sent us, those rights apply to that correspondence and we will act on them within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information.
In-app data never leaves your device, so it is protected by iOS itself: the app's container is sandboxed away from other apps and covered by the device encryption that your passcode enables. It is retained for exactly as long as you keep the app installed, and it is your deletion to make.
Support correspondence travels over an encrypted connection and is stored in our mailbox with access limited to the people who answer it.
If a future version of the game changes what it stores or asks for, this page is updated before that version is released, and the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes are also described in the release notes on the App Store.
